Leave Policy: Mention the number of leaves granted per year. Details include sick leave, earned leave, casual leave, maternal leave, and paternal leave. If the employee doesn’t present 5 working days without giving any application, Giftaecologist can dismiss or take any action against the employee. Every leave has to be applied by application and valid documents.
Joining Letter: The candidate might get the joining letter within 03-06 months under the observation of Giftaecologist.
Notice Period: Clause: If the employee desire to leave the company, he/she needs to inform the company 60 days ago, otherwise Giftaecologist can take action. Giftaecologist may cancel the appointment at any time as well.
Emergency Present: Giftaecologist can call the employee for extra service during a heavy workload. That extra period will be paid off hourly basis.
