AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Availability and pricing of all items are subject to change. Giftaecologist will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or services you ordered are unavailable. In such cases, Customer Care will offer similar alternatives or the option to cancel your order. Due to the nature of the business, availability may change even after an order is placed. All prices are subject to change without notification. We shall not be liable to any customer or third-party for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuance of service.

LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property rights for all material on this website (including photographs and graphical images) are owned by www.giftaecologist.com. You may print or download extracts for personal use only. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or electronic retrieval system without our prior written permission.

PRODUCTS & DELIVERY
  • Customization & Errors: As our factory produces products in high volumes, mistakes may occasionally occur. In such instances, Giftaecologist will remake the product. Customers must allow the necessary production time for remakes.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. If a cancellation is mutually agreed upon by the customer and the Giftaecologist team, cancellation charges may apply.

  • International Logistics: Delivery dates may change as products are imported. We are not responsible for delays caused by Dhaka or Chattogram Customs or other governmental/international regulations.

  • Lost Shipments: In the event that a delivery or courier company loses a product, Giftaecologist will remake and resend the product to the customer. Customers must allow the necessary production time for the remake. Refunds for lost items will only be considered if the product is no longer available for production.

  • Customer Communication: We are not responsible for delays caused by customers deactivating Facebook accounts or providing unreachable mobile numbers.

  • Inspection & Returns: Customers must check products in front of the delivery agent (for home delivery). For courier services (e.g., Sundarban, SA Poribohon), manufacturing defects or wrong products must be reported within 7 days, provided seals and tags are intact. After 7 days, we are no longer responsible.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a product is returned because the customer was unreachable or refused delivery, the customer must pay double delivery charges (shipping + return cost) and full payment before a re-delivery is attempted.

  • Unclaimed Items: Customers must receive their products within 30 days of arrival at our Bangladesh office. After 30 days, customers cannot claim the product or a refund.

  • Visual Accuracy: Product colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to differences in mobile or computer screen resolutions.

PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose;
  • to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
  • to infringe upon our intellectual property rights;
  • to harass, abuse, or discriminate;
  • to submit false information;
  • to upload viruses or malicious code;
  • to spam, phish, harm, scrape, or spider crawl;
  • for any obscene or immoral purpose.
