PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

1. The customers who order from Facebook, sometimes they deactivate their Facebook accounts or mobile numbers, for that if we can’t reach them or any product making or delivery delay issues happen, we are not responsible for that.
2. Delivery date may change as these are imported products, so we have to obey the national and international rules and Dhaka or Chattagram custom rules as well. And we are not responsible for that as we can’t control Dhaka or Chottogram custom, these are governmental sector.
3. As our factory makes thousands of products, sometimes there are some mistakes, if it happens we will remake the products, and customers have to give us time for that.
4. Giftaecologist can cancel the order anytime, for that reason, customer will get refund within 7 working days.
5. After confirming the orders, customers can’t cancel the order. If the order is canceled with the discussions of customer and Giftaecologist team , then there might be some cancellation charges.
6. Customers have to check the products in front of the delivery man. If the products have some manufacturing defects, color issue, or wrong products, customers have to return it to the delivery man (For home delivery services). The customers who received from courier companies such as Sundarban Courier Service, SA poribohon and so on, can return it within 7 days. Customers have to make sure that they haven’t removed the seals, levels or tags. For that, we suggest to customers, kindly check the products while receiving it. After 7 days we won’t be responsible for any report. As well, we highly recommend that, when you are returning the products, please give it good packaging, so that it can’t be damaged during delivery.
7. Sometimes delivery or courier companies lose the products, in that case, customers will get a refund when the delivery or courier companies refund us if the customers want a refund. Or the customers want to re-confirm the order, and we will accept the order again, and customers have to give us time for that.
8. After sending the products to the customers through delivery or courier companies, sometimes customers don’t receive the products on time for customers’ own issues and we get returned from delivery or courier companies. That time, customers have to pay double delivery charges and return charges of products and full payment of the order, otherwise Giftaecologist won’t send the products to that customer.
9. When a customer orders from non coverage of home delivery area, or non coverage of cash on delivery system area, customer has to pay full payment of products with courier or delivery charge in advance, after that we will send the products.
10. Sometimes delivery companies or courier companies don’t call or can’t contact the customers for receiving products for network issues or customers’ mobile number disable or changing issues of customers. That time, customers have to report us about that issue so that we can take action to the delivery and courier company about that product issue.
11. Colors of products might vary a little, as customers are ordering just by watching the pictures of products. As different mobile or computers have different screen resolutions.
12. After reaching the products on our Bangladesh Office, Customers have to receive it within 30 days. Generally we try to reach the customers, if we can’t, or customers don’t want to receive within these days, customers can’t claim anything for the products and they won’t get a refund as well.

Occasionally there may be information on our website or some Services containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability.
